As the founder and principal of Alpha Wealth Group, I’ve made it my responsibility to help investors make sense of their financial opportunities and chart a path through uncertain times. I help them understand where they are now and create strategies to help take them to a comfortable retirement lifestyle.
I joined the financial services industry in 1994 after a career as a product development engineer with General Motors Corporation. I began my career with John Hancock, where I focused on insurance analysis for individuals and small businesses. My experience gave me insight into asset protection and sophisticated risk management techniques, which I use now to help my clients plan for their futures.
I founded Alpha Wealth Group to put into practice my philosophy of unbiased, client-centered advice. Working as an independent advisor gives me the freedom to invest time in getting to know my clients and their lives inside and out. We never make any recommendations until we’re confident that we understand our clients and their goals well.
I am passionate about helping my clients build strong futures, and I am proud of the role my advice plays in helping them pursue their long-term goals. As part of my commitment to education and support, I host the weekly radio show “The Alpha Wealth Hour” on WIND 560AM, which provides educational forums for corporations, senior groups, and community workshops. I’m a frequent contributor to the financial press and have been featured on Fox Business, Fortune, and Money.com. I also regularly host “Retirement Bootcamps” and educational seminars to help retirees and pre-retirees improve their knowledge and gain confidence in their vision of retirement.
I am an investment advisor representative and have Illinois Life and Health Insurance certifications. I received my Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
In my free time, I enjoy working out and traveling. I moved to the Chicago area in 2006 and live in Glen Ellyn with my wife, Kristen.
